CPA/INCOME TAXES

We offer all types of CPA services, including tax planning to reduce and/or eliminate all types of taxes, most notably, income tax, social security benefits that are unnecessarily being taxed, capital gains tax, alternative minimum tax, gift tax, estate tax and more.  We also prepare tax returns of all types if requested.  

Business services rendered include cash flow and financial projections, budgets, business valuations, equity and debt financings, and the design and implementation of infrastructure, systems and internal controls to support the expansion of growing business plans.  

Mr. Marmorstein has been a CPA for over 40 years, having obtained his license in 1983.
