Estate Planning

We discuss your end of life wishes and then assist to ensure that your estate will be
distributed in its desired manner.  We will share our strategies to reduce and/or eliminate
estate taxes and probate costs. We will serve as your liaison to independent attorneys who
will draft your estate documents, which generally will include some or all of the following:
 
• Last Will and Testament

• Durable Power of Attorney

• Living Will

• Health Care Proxy

• Revocable & Irrevocable Trusts

We will also serve as the estate's fiduciary (executor, trustee, agent in fact for durable power of

attorney, etc.) when a family member is not available and/or not the best choice to do so.
